New hygiene regulations in hotels and gastronomy

We are very pleased to welcome you back with us. The health and well-being of our guests and staff is our top priority!

The 2G rule applies to our house. Access only for vaccinated and recovered.

In order to stem the further spread of the coronavirus, it is still necessary to take appropriate precautions. We have therefore set ourselves the obligation to offer you and our employees a safe and legally compliant environment in our hotels at all times. We have taken a number of extended hygiene and precautionary measures, about which you will find information here.

Please note the minimum distance of 1.5m. Mouth and nose protection (FFP2) is a standard requirement in all hotel and restaurant areas, except in the hotel rooms and at the table in the restaurant.

Public areas, guest rooms and lifts

The reception area is equipped with plexiglass panels to protect you and our staff in the best possible way. Our employees always wear a mouth-and-nose protection. We also recommend our guests to wear a mouth-and-nose protection during their stay in our hotel and that they keep a minimum distance of 1.5 m in all areas.

Disinfectant dispensers are available in all public areas and WCs.

All public areas, WCs, lifts, stair handrails, door handles, seating furniture, luggage carts, are cleaned and disinfected regularly.

In the guest rooms, we will refrain from using unnecessary decorative items, advertising material such as magazines and the like, as well as display stands and guest supplies until further notice. Upon request, you can obtain the desired item at the reception desk. We hope for your understanding. The hotel rooms will be cleaned and disinfected in accordance with the Infection Protection Act.

Due to the distance regulation of 1.5 m, the use of the lifts is currently only possible for 1 person per lift.


Gastronomy area

In all restaurant and bar areas we observe the applicable minimum distance of 1.5 metres between tables and chairs. We ensure that the maximum capacity of the restaurant areas is not exceeded. For this purpose, we also attach relevant signs to the distance rule. We ask for table reservations. We will be happy to accommodate your wishes.

All service staff always wear a mouth-and-nose protection. Our guests also have to wear a mouth-nose protection. It is not necessary to wear a mouth and nose protector at the table.

All work equipment and surfaces, as well as tables and chairs are cleaned and disinfected regularly and properly.

In the gastronomy area we will refrain from using unnecessary decorative items, cushions, floral decorations and candles until further notice. We ask for your understanding.

Conference areas

In our conference areas, our employees make sure that the necessary distance rules and the maximum possible occupancy rates are observed. Disinfectants are available in the conference rooms. In addition, the break times of different events are coordinated so that the maximum number of people in the break area is not exceeded. Tables and chairs will be regularly cleaned and disinfected. Inside the conference rooms mouth and nose protection must be used.

In the conference area, we do not use pens, pads or guest supplies until further notice. We hope for your understanding.
